Shipping Instructions
Return shipping $18.00, and to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada $25.00. It is legal
to ship for repairs without an F.F.L. provided your state does not have
restrictions. U.P.S. requires an F.F.L. at one end. My F.F.L. # is 9-91-024-01-9L-13911.
Ship either U.P.S. or Parcel Post. I will return U.P.S. if possible.

Delivery
Our shop is very busy with custom relines, rebores and making barrel liners
and we can only estimate a delivery time of 4 - 6 months since we always
have a backlog of work. I offer the coutesy of talking to my customers directly
instead of talking to a secretary, but every time I answer the phone, it
takes me away from my work and your job. One thing that is very disruptive
to my work is when customers call and ask if their gun is done or when it
will be shipped. I would ask that you do not do this. When your gun is done
and ready to be shipped I will either mail you a letter, call you or email
you if you email me with your email address so that I can reply to sender.
If you could include two business size self addressed, stamped envelopes
in your box with your work this really helps me in contacting you. Once
your work is here and if you decide you can't wait for the normal delivery
time, I will return your gun without the work being done but there will
be a $40 charge for my time of handling your gun plus $18 for return shipping
and insurance. Your gun will be in good hands and it is worth the wait so
just be patient. Thanks so much.

Send postal money order or check made payable to Randall Redman along with
your firearm or in a separate letter.
